I had a massage from Tenzin, and it was very relaxing. As a former athlete who regularly received massages, I can attest to his skill. After walking extensively in Dharamshala, a massage was necessary, and Tenzin applied the perfect pressure on my muscles and joints. He has a deep understanding of muscle dynamics.
