I went for a hair cut and shave. The barber sneezed into his hand, grinned, and was then touching my face in a manner which was disgusting (it would have caused disgusting feeling even had he not sneezed into it) while giving me a clean shave. I am a white foreigner so that might be why this happened to me. I had caught a cold from another barber in India who was wiping his snot with his hand while shaving me. I didn't want to get sick again. I asked him to wash his hands. I had to stand up. He went over to the sink and pretended. His colleagues blocked my view. One then said there was no water yet I had seen them use plenty of water. He then washed one hand, the one he had not sneezed in, and continued to move passive aggressively. I said that I would help him to wash his hands. He then began touching his genitals such that it was clear he'd do that again even had I had his hands washed.
