I don't know why people have posted bad reviews... i have get my kerasmooth and other salon services done by chayya makeovers and I had awesome experience here... The owner is pretty sweet and friendly... Must visit guys

I had an absolutely awful experience with Chhaya Makeover. I paid for Party Makeup, expecting it to last through a significant event. To start, I requested an early appointment because our event began at 10 am. They flatly denied my request with an attitude, claiming their staff isn't available before 8:30 am. When I arrived, the only staff member present was still setting up, and the process didn't actually start until around 9:00 am. Chhaya herself wasn't even there at the beginning, and the staff was incredibly slow and not trained to the expected level. The makeup started melting away within just 10 minutes. When I returned for a fix, instead of addressing the issue, they blamed me for being outside and claimed the makeup only works in an AC environment. This is ridiculous - how can anyone preparing for a wedding stay in AC only? I paid for a professional service, expecting Chhaya's expertise. Instead, most of the work was done by untrained staff, clearly because the business is now more focused on volume rather than quality. They need to stop ruining customers' important life events and wasting their money. Overall, it was a pathetic experience. I strongly advise against using Chhaya Makeover if you want reliable makeup and professional customer service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Chhaya Makeover. My wife paid for HD makeup, expecting it to last through an important event. Shockingly, the makeup started melting away within just 10 minutes! When she went back to get it fixed, instead of addressing the issue with concern, the staff had a full-blown attitude and started blaming her for being outside. They even had the audacity to claim that this makeup can only work in an AC environment. Seriously? How can anyone preparing for a wedding or any significant event be expected to stay in an air-conditioned room at all times? This is completely unrealistic and unprofessional. The lack of accountability and poor customer service at Chhaya Makeover was astounding. I strongly advise against using their services if you want your makeup to last and expect even a basic level of customer care. Very bad experience overall!

Owner is very very rude! This is not how you talk to your customers, this will make you loose customers.

Chhaya has a clear eye for detail and the ability to understand how different colors and shades work together. She excelled at finding the perfect shades to compliment the skin tones of her clients and with helping them achieve the right look for any occasion. Her commitment to her customers led to many contacting and requesting her directly as their makeup artist. She would most certainly be an asset to any organisation.
