Worst salon for nails.. Over priced as hell they take 200 for just nail painting.. I was a loyal customer but now totally dissapointed. Worst nail paint my nails got chipped in the salon itself and didn't dry for 1hr..and they still took the money, please don't go to this salon, if you don't want to waste your time and precious money. I can paint my nails better.. Don't go to these disqualified theives

I recently visited this pearl salon and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The staff was extremely lazy and seemed to have zero knowledge about their services. It was evident that the employees, especially the receptionist, were illiterate and lacked basic communication skills. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, making the whole experience frustrating from the start. I expected a professional environment but was met with sheer incompetence. There prices are too high as if they are brands like tony&Guy, Lakme etc but services don't match with the prices. I do not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

My sister and I visited them for nail extension removal as there were'nt any other salon for removal. They dipped our fingers in acetone for more than half hour, and started plucking the nails off. generally you need to use a drill for removal. Astonishingly, their drill was broken. It took us more than an hour to go through all of my nails and also while pulling the acrylic nail out they also pulled my nail with it. They had to wait until it stopped bleeding. The charge was'nt as much, but they should have informed us if they didnt have the drill. Its not professional at all. Hated every bit of it. After a few months, my nails are still soft and break easily due to the torture they have been through.

It's has nice ambience and clean parlour. Staff were very friendly and supportive. We took the service of Light makeup along with hair do. Ms. Soma did mine and I must say she is too good at her work. She has given a nice hair do and also light make up matching with my dress. Somehow eye make up didn't go well as most of people said after the make up my eyes become small and I was looking north Indian.

Worst parlour.. i wish i could complain..Bad behaviour of staff. Zero knowledge of hairstyle and draping of dupatta and sarees. Arrogant behavior and charges like a pro.. i wish could complain somewhere they literally destroyed the big day of mine.
