I recently had the worst experience at this haircut place. From the moment I walked in, it felt like no one knew what they were doing. The stylist barely listened to what I wanted, rushed through the entire cut, and completely ignored the photos I showed as reference. I asked for a simple trim, but they took off way more than I asked, leaving my hair uneven and choppy. The tools they used looked old and unsanitary, which made me uneasy the entire time. To top it off, the stylist was rude and clearly in a hurry to get me out of the chair. I left the salon with a terrible haircut, frizzy and full of split ends--worse than when I walked in! Now I have to wait weeks for my hair to grow out or spend more money elsewhere to fix this disaster. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place at all costs. It's a complete waste of time and money, and the only thing you'll leave with is regret!
