Worst service ever. The owner is extremely rude and doesn't know How to attend the customers. For the past Four time she denied from Doing my Hairs and Eyebrows just because I complained once not Doing my eyebrows properly. It seems she does not know How to take customer feedback. I would not recommend anyone to take services from this parlour rather go from another one.

I had a very disappointing experience at Basu Beauty. The service was far from what I expected, and the owner's rude and arrogant behavior made it even worse.The owner seemed more interested in defending the poor quality of service. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing salon experience.

The worst parlour in Bhatia Basti or even in Jamshedpur. The owner is extremely rude and arrogant. Doesn't know how to set eyebrows properly. The products are very cheap and low quality. Very bad experience, I would suggest to go for other parlours in the locality.

The owner and the staff is friendly, warm, and cooperative. They greet their clients with happy faces all the time. Basu Beauty Salon is my new favourite. They suggested a beautiful haircut that suited well to my facial features and changed my entire look. I absolutely love it! I highly appreciate their professionalism and the quality of work they provide. I strongly recommend this place to everyone!

The owner is very friendly and compatible. She understands her customers very nicely and acts accordingly. She also suggests the best. Basu Beauty is exactly ' Value for money' or it can be said as ' Chhota packet Bada dhamaka' The staffs are very cooperative. For them customer satisfaction is the main priority above all. Very affordable " Cheap and Best" among all the parlours and salons of Kadma, Jamshedpur. I am really happy and highly satisfied with their work, behaviour . And Moni as usual is always the best. I would suggest One should visit .
