No prep was done by her for the scheduled makeup and no supporting staff with her, she kept doing the makeup and hair all by her own alternatively for bride and sider, which lead to huge delay. Bridal makeup was ok but sider makeup was horrible, she just caked her face with layers of makeup. Paying such huge amount for simply caking the face is not worthy... The clients arrived late, but where u ready for them?? The appointment was scheduled for bride and 2 siders, which ur support girl was not even aware of (u did not even inform her) Due to client side delay, only 1 sider arrived for makeup. Their deadline was of 8:30-8:45 (2.5 hrs) and not 1.5 hrs, which extended to 9:35 pm.... What if all 3 of them had arrived? The makeup process would have last the whole night. Further, the other client's skin was textured, so u will dump it with makeup? Instructions was very clear about light makeup and skin correction, which was ignored by u. What do you expect from the clients? A 5 star rating even if they are not satisfied? The answer is NO.

Couldn't get a chance to Thankyou properly for the amazing job you did at my wedding. I could not have asked for someone better than you for getting me ready, like seriously all the 4 looks of mine were completely different and amazingly beautiful, I never felt the same in any single function. I'm genuinely very satisfied with your work, even my Mom was pretty amazed with your work and trust me it's not very easy to satisfy her , she was thanking you a lot aswell You were one of the best decisions' of my wedding Thankyou so so much for being so patient with me even when I was dozing off while getting ready, you're a wonderful person.
