My experience with HAIR STORY was extremely good. These guys are remarkable at their work, did an amazing job with my hair. I'm glad to say that this is the 1st salon I've visited for NANOPLASTIA . It was so good. I love the final result. To be honest I loved the services , ambience it's just amazing. Higly recommended to all. Thanku Hair Story for making my hair so beautiful.

I had the absolute pleasure of having my bridal makeup done by the parlour the hair story and I couldn't have asked for a more talented, kind, and professional artist payal dii to be a part of my big day. From our very first conversation to the final touch-up before I walked down the aisle, she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable... Their service was just amazing..

After a lot of research, I chose to go to Hair Story for my haircut and hair spa. I am very happy and satisfied with the services. Sudama did a fantabulous job and suggested me lazer cut as per my face and it turned out to be amazing. I loved it. The salon was clean and well maintained.I would suggest everyone to visit Hair story once. Keep it up Hair story team!!

Very disappointed with the service at The Hair Story Salon. I've called multiple times to book an appointment, but they either don't answer or keep ignoring the request. Every time I tried, they made excuses or simply didn't follow through with booking. It's extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with a salon that doesn't respect customers' time. I expected better communication and basic customer service. Not recommending this place at all.

I had worst experience at Hair Story. I visited here on 15th March in the afternoon. I wanted to get my hair trimmed but not reduce the length and not reduce the volume or change the style of my hair. I was very specific with the instructions. I was continuously saying to the hairdresser that don't chop too much despite of what I said he did what he felt right. He reduced the length and gave 3 steps hair cut. At the end, he concluded by saying, see length is still the same. My whole volume of hair is gone because of his stupid attempt to stick with his vision of a standard haircut and not listen to what the customer wants. It will take months for me to come to same hair length. I am very disappointed with the service of Hair Story, bistupur. Apart from this, they give different price chart on call and when you visit over there prices will change.

Recently, I got my makeup done from this salon, it was done by Mrs.Payal, it was exactly as I wanted a no makeup look, neatly and beautifully done.She took care of each and every detail and did the makeup very nicely. The staffs are also very polite and well behaved. I had a best experience with them.
