5 stars for the cleanup, I really recommend this one. It was relaxing and they really did a good job.. but I Gave 3 stars for the hair cut they gave for a 1000rs(excluding tax).. it was just a simple trimming when I said I wanted my hair short so I didn't feel like haircut was worth the price.

Worst experience. I went there for a haircut. The guy who shampooed my hair was least interested in his job. He didn't even touch the scalp and cleaned my hair and to top it off he applied conditioner for just 2 seconds and rinsed it off. Coming to the haircut, he gave me an uneven haircut. It was a very simple layered bob cut I had asked for and they couldn't pull off such a simple thing. I mean I was the only customer in the salon, so these people had just 1 customer to focus on and they gave me this pathetic service. Not to mention that they offered coffee and FORGOT to serve it.
Best services, nice staff quite patient...tried their best upto expectation...Overall nice experience. Referred by friend of mine and I highly recommend to all. Will be permanent customer.haircut, global highlights and coverage and pedicure.
Today I visited this salon and I'm highly disappointed with my experience They issued a Festival Offer card worth 1199/- which provided for 8 free services but when I visited to use the coupon they declined the rules and asked for full payment of 1 service in order to get another one free They justified this by stating that the decision of the Manager/Owner would be finalized I would not suggest anyone to visit this salon and moreover do not avail any sort of coupon The manager also argued for this and was not willing to listen to me.
Excellent is the only word that describes the service, staff and customer service here. My first visit, went for hair highlight, mani-pedi and facial- and I wasn't disappointed at all. Sameer and Rohit were amazing, Will go back whenever in town next!
I'm going to take a hair patch & gonne see how they will recommend me then I'll back & say all quality & faults
