Excellent service here at Smitha's. I got my threading and hair coloring. Even during Covid times they are following excellent safety precautions. Got my red ombre hair here. Just love my red hair now. Thank you Smitha's for the Excellent service. Definitely recommend this one.

Pathetic experience. Went there for eyebrows and upper lip. Two eyebrows have two different shape she dint clean well and left tiny hairs all around. Two staff helped to do the job done and still was left in pain. Asked if she was new she said no. Finally charged 120 for eyebrows and upper lip no idea why With Toni & Guy and other salons coming up nearby, Smitha has lost its quality service. I was a long time customer since ages now.

I've been a regular customer for the past 3 years and I had two terrible experiences recently. Most of the old staff have left. The new ones are unskilled, untrained and totally incompetent. I went for a haircut and they completely butchered my hair. I had clearly specified that I just want a trim up to shoulder length but she cut it short, just below my ear. I can't even tie a pony now. And it was chopped without a proper shape and it is uneven as well. I don't know how they appoint staff without training them first. I will not be going here again nor do I recommend it to anyone.

The service was awful. The waxing was done awfully with immense pain (this is not my first time waxing), I ended up with blood clot on my legs and she did not listen to me when I repeatedly said that the wax was too hot. In the end, the waxing wasn't even done well after all of the pain. The usage of the tool to apply the wax itself wasn't angled the right way and caused more pain. Definitely not recommending and coming back to this place.

Be very careful about the cost they tell you because they are going to end up charging you more than double. I experienced this when I went there to get my hair coloured.And the result is not what I had expected. The staffs make you feel so uncomfortable they keep murmuring among themselves every now and then.Such a bad experience. Really disappointing.

My daughter had been there for saree draping n hair style twice.....hair style was ok ok types They charged Rs. 5000.... Never visit.....Ek Dum Bakwas Parlour.... LOOTERE HIEN

My mother had visited this salon for a hair trim and the staff was pestering her to also get a facial done even after my mother clearly refused ... The funniest thing was that after the haircut, the staff was trying to sell her some shampoo even after my mother telling her that she uses a particular brand which is actually much better than what the salon had to offer... Imagine someone trying to sell you a Maruti while you actually drive an Audi. Please train your staff better. It's okay to market your products, but it's not okay to pester your clients into services even after a clear notic.
