Worst experience! Eyebrows hardly take 5 minutes, but I had to wait for more than 2 hours. There were more than five staff members, yet they were just wasting time instead of managing tasks properly. Very poor service and no professionalism. Anupama madam really needs to work on this improve the time management at the parlour.

A great place for haircuts and facials. They provide a lovely service and a lot of hospitality too!! Loved the ambience, loved the staff and loved everything about the salon! Anjana was working with us today and she was great! Her haircut skills were awesome. Our hair looks really nice and beautiful all thanks to her! Anjana was really skilled and seems to know what she's doing. Great hairstyle for real!!!

I m super satisfied with my eyebrows and haircut too. Without any reduction of my length and thickness they shape it very well. I just loved the haircut and the setting of the cut. I definitely refer everybody to visit and enjoy this change over on you

I recently visited this salon for a Lotus cleanup, which was priced at 1000 for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the service fell far below expectations. The staff was careless and unprofessional, simply pouring cream directly from packets onto my face without proper technique. The session lacked the attention and care one would expect. While it started with basic cleaning and scrubbing, the massage lasted only about 5 minutes, with the remainder of the time spent on what felt like a hurried formality of applying products. The overall experience was disappointing, with poor service and unprofessional behavior. In contrast, Lee Salon offers more affordable services with friendly and supportive staff, making it a much better option. This was my 2nd visit to this salon, and it will also be my last. Only part that is good i the owner she is nice and humble.

I visited Zion twice for hair, nail and threading services recently. I am super impressed with quality of each service, facilities, hygiene levels, staff and overall ambience. Quality of service: Beauticians are well trained, polite and maintain good standards of hygiene. Staff is constantly checking to make sure they don't damage your skin or hair or cause any pain during the service. This is extremely important in making the whole experience pleasant. Equipment & products: Good quality products were used for all hair services. My damaged hair is looking healthy and recovering now. I am glad to see good quality and well functioning equipment being used for all services. Hygiene: Place is neat and tidy. Equipment, floor and towels are constantly being cleaned up/replaced after each service. Staff maintain good personal hygiene and are presentable. Staff & Owner: Extremely friendly, polite, well trained and skilled in their craft. Staff expressed that they are treated like family and well taken care by the owner. Kudos to you on that Anupama It was a delight to meet Anupama the owner. She is constantly upgrading her bridal makeup skills learning from best in the industry across India. Her enthusiasm for her art, polite and calm approach towards both customers and her staff are hallmarks of a true entrepreneur. Anjana is extremely thorough and detail oriented. She handled my hair and nails with so much delicacy and care. She is very experienced and knowledgeable and shared some valid suggestions for my hair and nail care. Overall it was a very heartwarming experience. I am very thrilled to experience high standards in all aspects and would highly recommend Zion to anyone looking for excellent beauty and hair services. They also offer makeup, saree draping and hair services for brides, birthdays, parties or photoshoots and the like.
