Don't use their services. Not at all professional. Exorbitant rates and not customer friendly. Fleecing customers as no menu or fixed rates. They charge customers differently for same or even lesser services used. Me and my friends were charged differently for haircuts when all of us had the same hair length and opted for a basic haircut. One among us had to pay more than others for just haircut without even wash or setting. The cut was not worth the price paid either. Would not recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at Polonica Salon! The staff was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service. I must give a special shoutout to Priyan, the senior stylist, whose expertise and knowledge truly impressed me. My hair has never looked better, thanks to Priyan's skillful hands. The service were good as I just went there for threading and the one who attended me were really friendly and made my eyebrows according to my taste. But the one sitting on the reception were very rude.She even don't know that she had to serve her customer atleast with a smile. It was like they were not at all concerned about their business. It was something like 'venel mathi' attitude. Try to be more polite. I personally felt insulted from her behaviour.
