Recently went there for my kids haircut. Face multiple issues from the staff 1. Went there after taking appointment. When we entered the parlour there was 0 response from the person sitting at the counter. He was busy on his mobile. Didnt asked us what to do, (even though there were no other customers. So we sat on the area by ourselves. 2. 5 minutes lates he called some lady staff and they took our kid for hairwash - and this guy walked out of the parlour. Later we came to know that this is the guy who needs to do hair cut. 3. My kid was made sit on the chair with her wet hair which was washed and we waited for 5-10 min for that guy. I went out and check for him and he was casually talking to someone else. 4. I asked him to do haircut for 2 times. For it he responded -"wait for 5 min". The guy whom he was talking to was telling him, go there.. you work is more important. He was not listening 5. After few min he came back and i was furious and asked him if this is the normal practice in this parlour, for which he replied "Do you want me to cut the hair or not?'' 6. I asked to dry her hair and we left immediately 7. Full of negativity and unprofessionalism from the moment we entered this parlour. Will never suggest this to anyone. Very poor customer service, bad behavior from the male staff. Not Reccomended.

Very bad customer service and staff behavior. Only one guy is available for hair cut, he can't able to manage. There is no professionalism. Expensive also.

Very bad experience, customer services are worst. Only one Man show , all other staffs are just like helpers they even don't know about normal hair cut also.

I drove 6 kilometres on my way to Ole Vivartha just to thread my eyebrows because I find beauty parlours near my home are severely old-fashioned on threading. Always narrows down my thick eyebrows and convinces me that it looks so good on me. Ole Vivartha has the best ambience and is so client-friendly, accepts our suggestions carefully and does according to our content. I'm happy that I found Ole Vivartha and special thanks to Mrs Rama, who did my eyebrows.

Very bad experience . Even though no customers at the place they do eveything so hurry burry . The products were not worth up to the mark . The customer service is just zero . When i sit for blowdry service there were an employee sleeping aside which is not at all a good behaviour . Over all bad experience
