I had a great experience at the cucumba hair salon! Shabil did an amazing job with my hair--he's a very talented stylist. He was also super friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. I'm very happy with how my hair turned out. Highly recommend!

Me and my mother came in for facials today. The experience was very upsetting as if they were making a fool of their customers. The same staff was performing facial for both me and my mom in parallel. She put some detan on my face and left for 20 mins. Understand that is an expected wait time. Then she comes back and tricks me saying the scrub needs to be left on my face without any scrubbing. She left again to attend my mom. When I asked this is not what we expect when doing facial. I expected someone to give dedicated service, the staff said no one else is available. But when I insisted a staff came to attend to me. The new staff just washed off the scrub thinking the scrubbing was over. I was so disappointed that I wrapped up the whole ordeal. Dear Cucumber, in case you are not aware, facial is a relaxation process where you soothe and calm the customer with good soothing music, calm atmosphere, gentle massages and refresh and rejuvenate them. It's not about applying things onto the face. Spoiled my mood and my day. Never coming back
