Lakme is one of my all time favourites. I get treated the best there. The staff is very polite and professional. They know exactly what they are doing. I experienced great haircare services like cysteine, colouring, spa etc from here. Great deal of time and expertise is put into the work n results are longlasting. They have great offers too. Good job guys

I'm very thankful to Lakme Angamaly team for their good services provided to me. All credit goes to Mr. TALIM who did a wonderful job of transforming my dry and frizzy hair to a shiny and frizz free hair. I did hair botox treatment and wine red colouring. I had a horrible experience at this salon. I went in for a grey hair touch-up and a hair spa, and it was a disaster from start to finish. First, they assigned two inexperienced staff members to apply the color, and it took them more than 30 minutes just to apply the dye. After that, they left me waiting for over an hour before anyone attended to me. When the staff finally realized I had a spa appointment, they rushed to wash my hair. The hair spa itself was the only redeeming part of my visit; the lady who did it did a good job. However, after the spa, I was left waiting with wet hair under the AC for a blow dry. When I questioned this, I was told to wait, and my wet hair wasn't even covered with a towel. They eventually turned off the AC, but it was too late--I had already caught a cold. At the reception, they admitted they didn't have enough blow dryers to use simultaneously. What kind of salon doesn't have basic equipment like blow dryers? This place is incredibly unprofessional, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
