I've been a regular customer at this saloon and used to consider it a 5-star establishment, but my recent experiences have left me disappointed. During my last visit, the haircut was subpar, and the staff's attitude was less than professional. I decided to give them another chance and made an appointment, but due to personal urgencies, I couldn't make it and failed to inform them in time. While I acknowledge my fault for not updating them, the way the staff handled the situation was unacceptable. They called me 45 minutes after my appointment and, when I promptly returned their call, they were extremely rude and even hung up on me. I understand the inconvenience caused by no-shows, but there is a professional way to communicate with customers, and this behavior was far from it. This experience has changed my perception of the shop. Great service isn't just about good haircuts but also about how customers are treated, even during difficult situations. I hope the management takes note and addresses these issues.
