Never Ever Go to this Place... The worst and unprofessional RESULT from the BEAUTY PARLOR has cost me my money and HAIR... I approached them asking for bridal makeup and the bald guy there said they do not have any Package and have individual rate for each treatment you choose. 1.HAIR CUT : I had been growing my hair for 4 months so that I can have a good style for my wedding. The boy who cut the hair seemed to know only the basic thing. Before cutting itself i had told them abt the style and the shape which suits my head. Even then they did a horrible job and cut a flat style on the back bottom side hair without even asking. Finally they made my HAIR look like it's a long wig hair. They claimed that only after smoothening of hair they could get it to the style which i showed them. 2. FACE WHITENING They did a whitening prior to my bridal makeup for which they charged INR3,000/- IT'S NOT EVEN A FACIAL and all the blackheads remained there itself even after i asked why they are not cleaned. (For 400Rs in Blore i have received better facial result.) The very next day I went to thrissur and approached another beauty parlor and did a face clean up for INR300/- they took care of the blackheads even though it was painful. The result was way better than the OLAY. 3.HAIR SMOOTHENING After the whitening, they said it will require 3 hours for smoothening. They put the cream onto my hair and made me sit for more than 1 hour. And them put another cream and made wait again.. in between this so called HAIR SPECIALIST guy was combing my hair as though he was PLOUGHING A FIELD. WTF?!!! I could already feel my scalp was hurting too much.. And now, 3 days after smoothening, my hair has started to fall off countlessly. I am afraid that I might become bald like that guy, within a months time. The Also they offered me a MANICURE at a 'discounted rate' of INR 1000/- Not even other branded doesn't charge that much... And all through the process they where whispering behind my back.. and they said don't have a catalogue when I asked for one. And a hefty charge of INR 7000 for BRIDAL MAKEUP. I DID THE ADVANCE FOR BRIDAL MAKEUP BOOKING FOR RS 1000/- THE BEAUTY PARLOR where I went to the next day was charging only Rs3000 for BRIDAL Makeup and seeing their result after a mere CLEANUP worth Rs300/- which was 10 times better than the OLAY's INR3000/- , I cancelled the bridal makeup booking at OLAY Chalakudy and went with the Thrissur parlor who did a fantastic job for my engagement. These all happened on 13.02.2019. If you want to have a good pocket friendly makeup and hair for your rest of your life look somewhere else..

Those people charges extra for each and every products as well as poor customer service unmannerly welcome and they vhnage prices accoding to your dress code

Good place for grooming, hair cut and skin care treatments. Nice ambience, good service, very helpful and trained staff.
