They don't pay attention to what you ask them to do. Got completely different haircut than what I asked TWICE. they're so busy on trying to force you into doing other treatments that they don't even listen to what you're requesting them to do. Completely ruined my hair

I've been a customer here for various services with my family, and while I've generally been satisfied with other services, my experiences with haircuts have consistently been poor. Today, I arrived at 9:30 AM, 30 minutes after the salon's listed opening time of 9:00 AM on Google. However, the reception was empty, and we were left waiting by a lone employee. Two hairstylists eventually arrived, but they seemed completely uninterested in attending to us. They were engrossed in their own conversations and didn't even bother to inquire about our needs or provide an estimated wait time. Frustrated by their lack of professionalism and disregard for our time, I left after waiting until 10:00 AM and found another salon nearby where my daughter received a haircut within 15 minutes. This establishment clearly lacks basic customer courtesy and respect for customer time. I strongly advise against visiting this salon for haircuts.

I did ,spa pedicure , and manicure,an Boto, facial.. salon was clean and the products and machine used for the facial was professional and painless.Brought my niece over for treatment and she mentioned that blackhead removal was as painless and face was soft and bright after the treatment.thanku soo much calluna for the wonderful experience

I had an incredible experience at calluna salon. The staff was professional, friendly, and truly talented, especially bushan, who did my hair cut. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered stunning results. The salon itself is modern, clean, and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

I am very satisfied with the customer service. My hair Spa was done by Bhusan and it was very good. My brother had a beard trim and shaping done by Jack who also did a great job. I'll be coming back for more services soon
