Best Shopping mall In Chavakkad.Had a great experience shopping here. Shopped for an outfit for a wedding, my cousins loved what I purchased and we ended up going again to purchase for them. Great collection at an affordable price. Prime location. Easy access. Free parking in front of the outlet. Wide variety of clothings. Facility is in 3 different floors with tremendous collections. Reasonable pricing. Recommended !!

Customer service is very bad by some staffs. They are forcing us to buy what they like and not our choice. Very very bad customer service. Very arrogant staff. We won't buy anything from there in future.

Shi**est textile shop i have ever visited.. no selection,all outdated stuff and staffs and worst ever customer service. Even i don't want to give 1 star..

I'm writing this review after having a horrible experience in this shop... To be honest I never felt this way in any shop in chavakkad.. The staffs are not trained to show what we need...they will show the same item again and again saying this is good....its like they are forcing to buy what we don't like... Such a careless staffs and horrible collection....i have searched dresses for my 9 month baby and not even one good dress I found.... Then I checked on ladies collection and it was even horrible...sucha pathetic service and collection...... Collection of dresses in each section-- 0/100 Staff knowledge and behaviour -- 0/100

Bad behavior from sales girls.. That's the reason why people neglect re visit this shop.They have to learn from edappl staffs.. How beautifully they treat their customer.. Many times I purchased from there...

I had a best shopping experience here . Overall staffs are very good they have provided their best service. Im 100% satisfied with the selection and the alteration department had done their best making my choice . Thank you beauty silks for the best service
