Not happy with the service. For facial massage only taking few minutes and massage gel a little and remaining water used to massage. When asked for showing the product brand she was telling buying the sachet and using. I don't know Shehnas all products are available in sachet. Not at all satisfied

Not happy with the experience. She cut my hair too short even though I told her to cut little. She burned my ear during the procedure and hurt my scalp during hair washing. Moreover, cost is also higher than she informed at the beginning. I regret about the decision that I have made to go to this parlour . Overall, very bad experience . I will never visit this place again. I just wasted money and got unsatisfied procedure .

I did clean up(without bleech or detan ) along with threading and paid Rs.600 .It was done without any proper massage or nothng applied.

I was a customer from last 2 year..I donot do any haircut in anywhere it's was my first and beautiful experience am really satisfied and happy with the service and I really recommend for every girls to make their beauty to burst out from here........and trust me it's aplace for every women

I did hair colouring from there a few months back. I coloured it blue but it still looks black. The staff there told me "are you sure about blue color because it might not appear so, coz blue is very similar to black". I really can't make sense of what she said. So what about all these people colouring their hair blue? Also I wanted violet which they didn't have, so blue was the closest. She was insisting me to do pink, but that's not what I want. So after 2 hours long hair colouring or rather experiment (she was constantly saying let's see if the colour comes), the end result was nothing. It had faint violet colour on one side and green colour on the ends. I was shocked. I didn't argue, I didn't fight. I just wanted to go home. She charged me half (Rs 1000) and asked me to come next week, after few washes. What I understand is that the colour they use is cheap because it's not the problem with the choice of the colour, the product they use is of low quality. She said a strand would cost 400rs, but I had a look at the cream and it was for something like Rs500 and she barely used half of the sachet for my hair.

my first ever eyebrows threading was done from beauty tantra, since then I have been going to this place and not even once it was disappointing. The best ever salon in Alappey/Cherthala. No matter what, Indu (owner and beautician) is very humble, patient and make sure that every customer is happy with their service. I have tried many other parlours in Cherthala and kochi, but I always came back here because no other place managed to reach beauty tantra's level of perfection.

My favorite beauti parlor in cherthala. Excellent and perfectly work.time and money saving. And customer friendly behavior of staff is is getting more attractive than other parlors.
