Excellent Hair Spa Experience at ! I recently visited Lakme Salon for a hair spa, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about hair care. The session was super relaxing, and my hair felt silky smooth, nourished, and rejuvenated afterward. The ambiance was clean and soothing, perfect for a self-care day. Overall, I'm highly satisfied and would definitely recommend Lakme Salon to anyone looking for a pampering hair treatment! Highly recommended! Will be visiting again soon.

I took my 15-month-old baby to Lakme for a haircut, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Mr. Parmit was extremely professional and handled the situation so well, even though my little one was constantly moving her head. He managed to get the haircut done in just 15 minutes! The overall service was excellent.

My mother and I went to this salon today (Feb 4th) and had the worst experience ever. We did services worth nearly 6k and I can say it's not worth the hype. At least leave up to the brand name if you are planning to grow in it. The guy who did eyebrows for my mother literally plucked a whole portion. She mentioned multiple times in Hindi and English that she already has thin ends so don't narrow it any further but this guy who literally took 30 mins to do eyebrows made a whole gap in her brows. I did a clean up worth 1300 and guys my white heads and black heads are still there I don't see a difference between the basic packages and premium packages other than the prices. My chocolate pedicure massage was equally disappointing. She used very little massaging cream and massaged on my legs with the gloves which was dry and it was very displeasing. The only thing I enjoyed was the head massage (I forgot his name). Rest all we had a very bad experience. Waste of time and money.

I went to this salon for waxing today. While I was waiting for my turn for waxing I heard the hairdresser who is a Punjabi guy while cutting one of his customers hair , was commenting bad about south Indians hair texture and dealing with such hairs. First of all ,he came here in south India to work and has the audacity to comment on south Indian people's hair! After I was done with my waxing ,which I must agree the lady who did my waxing was really nice and I gave at least 2 stars only because of her good service. After I finished my waxing I thought to go for a haircut, I asked this unprofessional hairdresser if short hair will suit me or not? And this guy who has zero knowledge about the same is telling me that for my broad face short hair won't look nice . He didn't stop here and kept on focussing on overall look and said short hair will suit people with thin face and who is tall and also it won't look good on the attire which I was wearing. Such a useless opinion I have never heard before. He should be fired from that place. I am very much disgusted with this salon only because of this so called unprofessional hairdresser.
