1-star review. Very disappointed with my recent haircut experience. The service was rushed and unprofessional. When I sat down, the barber repeatedly and roughly combed my hair multiple times despite it being obviously tangled, causing unnecessary discomfort and pain instead of addressing the issue gently. The shaving service was equally concerning - rather than being relaxing, it felt rushed and rough. While the barber appears skilled at cutting hair, the overall experience was unpleasant due to the rough handling and poor customer service. A haircut should be a comfortable experience, but I felt like I was being rushed through the process. Despite the acceptable end result, I won't be returning due to the unprofessional treatment and lack of basic customer care. Suggestion to management: Please provide customer service training to your staff. Basic courtesy and gentle handling would greatly improve the experience.
