AGE 'N' TRICS Unisex Salon

During my first visit, I found the place through Google and went directly without an appointment. I understand that I hadn't booked or communicated in advance, so I accept the delay I experienced then. To avoid a repeat of that situation, I collected their contact number and made sure to book an appointment in advance for my next visit. For the second visit, my appointment was initially confirmed for 7:00 PM. I planned accordingly and left home on time. However, while I was on the way, I received a call informing me that a prior booking had already been scheduled for that slot, and my appointment was pushed to 7:30 PM. I adjusted my plans and arrived at 7:15 PM, only to be told again that another booking had been taken in the meantime, and mine was now moved to 8:00 PM. I don't think it's fair to shift a confirmed appointment twice, especially when I had already reached the location. Since I had another commitment, I had no choice but to leave. This kind of mismanagement and lack of consideration for a customer's time is extremely disappointing and not what one would expect from a professional service

I have visited this place for a hair spa and clean up initially and satisfied with the service they have provided. I brought my husband as well later for his beard styling and clean up- he was also fully satisfied. Then we have decided to come for the party makeup as there was a wedding in the family. They have made us look better than what we have expected. Special mention to their staff Monica - a warm personality and she knows her job. Compared to other salons in town, they are fairly priced and provide decent quality service. Highly recommended

My wife and I decided to try out this Unisex Salon for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. From the moment we stepped in, the owner and staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly stood out. I opted for a cleanup and de-tan treatment, while my wife indulged in a pearl facial. The staff really took their time to ensure the procedures were done meticulously. Not only that, but the pricing was also very reasonable. The only suggestion I have is to introduce some soothing lounge music during the treatments. It would enhance the overall relaxation experience.

Me and my fiance came here for the save the date shoot makeup and hair setting.Their service was sooo much satisfying. All the staff here were well - mannered, friendly and supportive. They listen to our needs and done everything for us within our required time. The makeup and hair setting was soo good and made us more confident. Makeover was absolutely flawless .Price was also reasonable.Special thanks to Monica. I recommend this parlour to all those who expect a quality and satisfying service.

Very poor approach half of the time they don't have staff for service even on weekends and their response is really numb. Am surprised how they are managing a 4.9 rating. This review is not based on my single time experience but had this experience multiple times. Visited them again and again coz they are my neighbourhood.... Disappointing

**Hair Damage After Botox Treatment** I went to AGE 'N' TRICS Unisex Salon for a hair Botox treatment, hoping it would restore my damaged hair, but the outcome was a complete disaster. Instead of the smooth, nourished, and straight hair I was promised, my hair became greasy just two days later, forcing me to wash it every day. After the first wash, my roots returned to their original curly state, and I started experiencing significant hair loss, leaving my hair in worse condition than before. The treatment did not deliver on any of its promises, and my hair has never looked this bad. When I reached out to the salon with my concerns, they were unhelpful and shifted the blame onto me. I expected professionalism, but I was left thoroughly disappointed. I definitely won't be returning.

Awesome staff and their Sooper Awesome service...!!! Hair cut and styling was done by Rakhil..really professional..Hair colouring was done by Rakhil nd Monica. Bino too helped them. Threading was done by a chechi, which was really smooth. I really loved my afterlook. Husband too got a haircut, beard trimming and a facial. Facial was done by Bino, which he mentioned was really effective and soothing. Overall so happy with their service and very friendly and caring behavior. Would definitely recommend them to anyone without further thinking.
