I recently went for a haircut, and while washing the hair the woman was literally scratching my hair brutally, I wonder if she hated me, cuz no one would even do that to themselves, also the nightmare wasn't over yet she did much worse with brushing my hair. I would therefore like to raise my concern about the customer service offered.

Very bad service the employees don't even know what they are doing i went there for underarm wax and they dont know how to apply it and now my skin is damaged and torn and i stopped it mid way got the rest done from another salon very baddd
