HEAD AND FACE UNISEX SALON AND CLINIC

I got my hair cut, beard trimming and head massage. The service received was average and they charged me reasonably to higher side.. But when asked for bill they denied and when I insisted I have to wait more than 30 minutes. That reflected very bad and had poor overall customer service experience and provided probably a makeshift bill through what's app message with no GST number.

I visited Head and Face on the 3rd morning after booking an appointment the day before, since they advertise being open 24x7. I went in for a hair setting, expecting a professional service. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The stylist didn't follow the instructions I gave him. I had requested a specific style and a bit of hair fiber for volume, but what I got was a total mess. The fiber was applied carelessly and ended up falling onto my forehead. The hair spray was used so excessively that it felt like someone poured water on my head--it literally started dripping. Despite staying calm and paying the full amount, I had to rush home and wash everything off immediately. The whole experience ruined an important event I had to attend that day. All the staff appeared to be from North India, which is not an issue in itself--I've heard many are great at hairstyling. But in this case, the service was unprofessional and careless. I was misled by their Instagram ads, which looked promising. But after this experience, I can confidently say I'll never return. Please be cautious before visiting. My experience was a complete letdown.

Just done a manicure and pedicure from head and face . And the staff was just so friendly and helpful during the whole procedure. I recommend everyone for there services. Thank you Susmita and sita . For making me comfort in whole process .

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE! Called ahead to specifically book pedicures for THREE people. They confirmed they had three seats available at the time I requested. But when we arrived, only TWO of my group were seated while I was told it would be a "short wait." That "short wait" turned into AN HOUR AND A HALF without a single update, apology, or sense of urgency. What's worse? When I finally confronted them about the delay, they had the audacity to SMILE at each other like it was some kind of joke. That level of unprofessionalism and complete disregard for customers says EVERYTHING you need to know about this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. This business clearly doesn't care about its customers. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. STAY FAR AWAY.

They are providing customised services based on our preferences.. satisfied with their warm welcoming and professional services. Also there is a free skin analyser that can check our skin type ..issues ... remedies etc ... part of that they are providing different facials to treat skin issues . Affordable salon to go for our needs .. highly recommendable
