I visited this salon for saree draping and a simple makeup service. While the staff was friendly and open to feedback, I was quite disappointed with the overall professionalism and execution. The saree draping was completed in less than an hour, but it lacked finesse. There were too many safety pins, and the draping did not have a polished, professional touch. Given the 800 charge, I expected much better quality. For makeup, they initially quoted 500 for a simple look in 15 minutes but later charged 300. While I appreciate the flexibility in pricing, the lack of expertise was evident. Eyeliner application was uneven and not properly shaped. Eyebrow shaping was not done well, and when I expressed dissatisfaction, I had to redo it myself, which turned out far better. Lip color selection was left to me, but I feel they should have better expertise in recommending shades that complement skin tone and outfit colors. Setting spray was applied excessively, making my face feel overly damp. Pros: Friendly staff who are willing to listen and make adjustments. Cons: Lack of professionalism in both saree draping and makeup application. Prices do not justify the quality of service. Limited expertise in makeup techniques, especially eyeliner and eyebrows. Overall, while their customer service is good, the execution needs significant improvement for the prices they charge. I wouldn't recommend this place for saree draping or makeup unless they refine their skills.
