The service, ambience and cost were all very good. Appreciate the friendliness and good work by Jincy and Mohammed. I think Mydora faces issues with being understaffed and a client simply created an issue despite not booking an appointment, maybe because they don't like to wait or come again. Felt sorry for the Mydora staff in that aspect as I finally found a good parlour where it's the whole package. Loved the pedicure and hair styling. Thank you Mydora. Will come again for sure.

Extremely disappointed with their appointment setup. I went there after making an appointment. The person who attended me told to wait for 5 min and went inside. I waited for more than 15min and they just ghosted me. When I asked the receptionist said it will take another 30min! They could have actually told me when i made the appointment or atleast at the time when I reached. Please learn some professionalism! Also they only have one hydra facial machine so even if you book, the waiting period is too much. Looks like they are just making offers just to attract customers! Not recommended at all!

Very bad experience.First they told to wait for 15 mins .Then we asked only they said again it will take an hour more.Very bad behaviour from staff .Lack of staff and poor management.Doesnt value customer's time

A very good unisex salon providing Excellent services, good ambience. All services are good and the staff is experienced,friendly and welcoming. Thank you Sameer khan for made my hair wonderful.
