Exorbitant prices for mediocre services. And yes the comparison to Toni & Guy. I was expecting a rate as per their average services (which frankly was painful and did not make me feel great at all) but I was really shocked with having to pay 3800 for just waxing, pedicure and threading. I wouldn't have posted this if not for their unbelievable pricing. I learnt a lesson today to always check the rates before availing services.

It's so hard to find a place and stylist you can rely on when it comes to hair care. I found my safe space when it comes to taking care of my hair, getting the best advice, and feeling at home. They are a true hair magician! they gave me the most perfect haircut. I was more than a little nervous when I walked in, but from the offset she was extremely calm and confident and patiently explained everything she was doing as she worked her magic and delivered the style better than what I wanted. I am truly impressed
