Very Friendly staff & owner. Outstanding service !!! Especially Ms. Apsara & one more staff my kids forgot her name...what a caring & kind way of approach. Same like their heart their work stood upfront...my kids were looking very elegant. Superb hair dressers in town. Late night we booked an appiontment through the reliable source..prompt on call. On time arrival. What to say more than that. Many thanks to the owner of the saloon. Without any doubt u have got a great team to work for u with team spirit... Will definitely share our experience to all our friends & close knits. Any time our visit to Ernakulam in near future "Tranquil Spa will be our only choice". Good luck for ur future endeavour. Very very worst service, they will take your money before, and after that they don't give steam even in hair spa , they will tell many excuses that you will get cold, no face pack in facial, they don't know how to do basic salon services, very worst unprofessional salon, Please don't waste your money even Rs 1 it's just doesn't worth it
