I randomly chose this saloon for a haircut, and I must say, I'm extremely satisfied with the results. My haircut was done by Uhath, and I showed him a reference photo of the style I wanted. Good customer service.. Use of products unique for every skin/ hair.. My 4 year old also loves her hair grooming sessions here...They are patient with handling kids..

Over the past three years, I've been a regular customer of Naturals. Several times I've had keratin treatment. Ms.Lipi does my keratin treatment. She is very professional and friendly. The owner Seeba Chechi guides and clarifies all my doubts about the treatment. I find facials done here to be great as well. Thanks to the entire team..

I've experienced excellent results with their Keratin treatment and coloring, with the Keratin lasting over a year. Sheeba mam (the owner) provided clear and helpful instructions and demonstrated excellent customer interaction and service. Lipi, who was leading the service and Sonia are skilled professionals who provided top-notch service. I may come back here for keratin treatment. I recently underwent Botox treatment at your establishment about three months ago. I wanted to reach out and express my disappointment with the results and overall experience. Unfortunately, the effects of the treatment did not even last a month, become frizzy which was quite frustrating. I had high expectations for a professional and effective outcome, but it was far from what I had hoped for. Given the time, cost, and trust I placed in your services, I am deeply dissatisfied.
