Briller Styling Lounge

The place is under staffed. The person who was doing the work was switching between seats to complete the work and attending 2 persons at the same time, one person being me. Finally they have charged full amount with out saying any words even after making the customer to wait so much time in the seat. A person looking like an owner was there and he did not say any thing about this. Since the price was high compared to other places, they could have treat customers better. No issues with the service though .

Wonderfull experience with wholesome manners from each and evryone here.. i would DEFINITELY suggest this place to evryone i know.. Special thanks to Ritika, Shan,Rensi and Saritha for this wonderfull and fullfilling experience.. #awsomeness

If we want to cut hair we have to tell all the things , how to cut where to stop they don't have any idea what they were doing .. All of them are waste , i don't know how they are keeping 4 star rating .. Really bad experience never ever visit again. I think owner is paying to keep rating ..

After trying a couple of premium saloons, I have tried this newcomer. I was definitely impressed. Pros: - Wonderful Infrastructure - Good Staff And Service - Expert Beauticians and Hair Stylist - Clean and well maintained - Excellent attitude and approach Special mention to Ritika who did an amazing pedicure, very professional and skilled. Also Adil did good job with L'Oreal Hair Spa and beard setting. L'Oreal Hair Spa - 1000 Ice Cream Bomb Pedicure - 800 Beard Setting - 200 Area of Development: - Every staff member could smile and introduce themselves - During the procedure and process it would be nice if staff explained the steps and asked the client if they're comfortable - Even though not too busy it doesn't look good when all the staff are sitting and hanging out in the reception although I was only a customer there. I have seen the same in other saloons too... Nevertheless, I'm so satisfied with my visit there today. I'll definitely continue to visit here Did haircut and head massage on 3 Sep 2024. Wonderful Service.
