I visited Fiber Salon on 5th April for a manicure, pedicure, clean-up, and waxing, and I can confidently say - I've finally found my salon in Kochi! After searching for over 3 years for a decent salon that ticks all the right boxes, Fiber Salon exceeded every expectation. The service was top-notch, the staff were incredibly polite, and the overall ambiance was just what you'd want for a relaxing self-care day. They waited for me to finish without rushing it even though it was past their closing time. A special shoutout to Prerna, who attended to me that day - she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout. The clean-up left my skin glowing, the manicure and pedicure were detailed and professional, and everything was done with such care. This was everything I had ever asked for in a salon experience - clean, warm, professional, and genuinely satisfying. Highly, highly recommend! Fiber Salon, you've got yourself a loyal customer!

Luxury saloon which is situated near to the Novotel hotel. Very costly, This doesn't look like a normal salon. You will be given water and snacks to have while the haircut is going on. On the day when I went, there was an offer and they gave me an ice cream and all. The person who cut my hair was a Hindi speaking guy. All other staffs, other than the receptionist were Hindi Walla. This is made the conversation on the hair sale which I require was made very tough. I don't think this is a place for going for haircut at every time, if you need to experience one time, then it is okay

Great ambience and services by the staff. I had opted for premium cleanup and the service by prernah was relaxing and attentive . We came at around 6 and we did not have to wait as we booked beforehand. The staffs were nice and kind .

I only got an haircut but the entire experience was rather luxurious. Amazing ambience! The staff are kind and the hairdressers are very skilled! I got a layered haircut by their stylist Raj! And lastly, customer service is top notch!

A big thank you to Reetu, who took care of everything so patiently and professionally. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and delivered amazing results. Just got my haircut done by Faizy and I couldn't be happier! He really took the time to understand the look I was going for and executed it perfectly. Super professional, friendly, and skilled--definitely knows his craft. Highly recommend Faizy if you're looking for a fresh, sharp cut!
