Had an absolutely horrendous experience now at your salon The person called Atwa (I think) who cut my hair does not communicate well nor does he know how to use the scissors. Keeping people like him will surely spoil the reputation of your eatablishment. I am not even sure if he has valid Indian ID Net result was a terrible haircut and unnecessary stress for me

It's the best salon I've ever went to. Every time I visit the salon, I've always got great results. The manager, Jerry chechi and the staff members were soo polite to me. Even though I'm a clueless person when it comes to makeup and hairstyles, chechi was very patient in telling me about the various options I've got. Recently, I got a facial and my hair cut and styled for my brother's wedding, and just like always, it was a great experiance I loved my hairstyle. l highly recommend Unbox to anyone who's looking for a good salon in this vicinity.

Best salon in the vicinity. I have tried others in the vicinity but found this very much good. Their staffs are polite & easily understand our requirement. Response from front desk is very good that each & everytime we call we get positive reponse. Not like other salons. Its good, give it a try

Great service from unbox. They thoroughly explain what is best for me without pressuring me into doing exactly that. They are all very warm and welcoming. I went to colour my hair and left feeling very satisfied. Will be coming back!

Awesome service and etiquette of the staff. It was a big change of experience for me who generally prefers conventional hair saloons.

Got a bad razor burn on the back of my neck and still burns many hours after shower also noticed staff switching tools amongst each other while cutting customers without sanitizing tools. Saw a number of other unsanitary practices occur! it's either lack of proper training or gross negligence on behalf of their company

Minnu and Jerry handled my keratin treatment. They put in all their effort and I love the end results. Enjoyed the full process because of their fun interaction. They were very patient and handled me very well. I was comfortable too. Big stars for them.

I visited the salon for the first time for a full face threading service. The staff member who performed the procedure was both pleasant and skilled, displaying commendable professionalism. However, I found the charge of Rs. 400 for full face threading to be quite high compared to nearby salons, such as Sinima, which charges Rs. 200, and Matrix, which charges Rs. 250. Since I am not aware of the pricing of other services, I cannot comment on those.
