The staff was super friendly and professional. Special thanks to Sunita and Nikita for doing a wonderful job with my hair Botox treatment. They made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I'm a happy client and would definitely recommend their services! Worth the money.

To be actually very fair, me and my friend is soo happy about this place. By seeing the reviews and all we thought it would be bad but still went in and came out with a very exciting and happy face!! It was soo profesional and good. For the first time my hair experienced very nourishing and caring treatment. I would actually recommend this place!!

My experience at [Bas salon kannur] was nothing short of awful, and it only made my hair insecurities worse. I went in hoping for a professional haircut but instead ended up feeling like my hair was being treated like an experiment. There were so many people handling my hair at once, it was overwhelming and painful. I could feel the tugging and pulling, and at one point, I actually had to speak up because it hurt so much. It seemed like no one was really paying attention to my comfort or the fact that multiple people were working on me at the same time. It didn't help that they were also training new staff without asking for my permission. I felt like I was just a practice session for them, and the lack of care made the whole experience incredibly uncomfortable. Instead of leaving feeling confident and happy with my hair, I left with pain, frustration, and even more insecurities than when I walked in. I would never recommend this place to anyone--especially if you have any concerns about your hair.

The service was okay since they claim they give 50% off , but again they charge extra saying for the length of the hair and gst. The main person who does the consultation is not good. He doesn't accommodate criticisms.

Very unprofessional. Can get better haircut at 1/3rd of the price from any local salons.
