Exactly one month ago, on this date, I got a hair color treatment done at Tony and Guy's Kannur outlet. They fully bleached my hair and applied an ash color with blonde highlights. However, after two weeks, I started experiencing severe hair damage, and it turned out extremely dry. The damage is so severe that I have to tie my hair up all the time, which is really frustrating. I spent around 8,000-9,000 on the treatment. I'm shocked and disappointed that a salon with top experts could deliver such subpar results. I expected a lot from this salon, given its numerous positive reviews, but my experience turned out to be a huge letdown. What's even more concerning is that the salon didn't warn me about the potential damage caused by bleaching or provide any guidance on how to maintain my hair after the treatment. As it stands, I'm left dealing with the aftermath of a treatment that promised great results but delivered the opposite I'd like to share pictures of my hair before the treatment (when it was black), after bleaching, when it was styled by them, and its current state after two weeks. I'm hoping that my experience will serve as a cautionary tale for others considering similar treatments

**Rude and Unprofessional - Never Again!** I had a horrible experience at **Toni & Guy**. First, they told me my service would only take **10 minutes**, but I ended up waiting **over 45 minutes** with no apology or explanation. The staff seemed disorganized and didn't care about my time. Even worse, instead of being professional, they **insulted me** when I asked about the delay. The attitude was unacceptable--I've never been treated so poorly at a salon, especially one that charges premium prices. Wasted time, terrible customer service, and zero respect. **Avoid this place** if you expect basic courtesy.

I went there for hair smoothening 2 months back (root touch) for which i paid around Rs 10000. After first hairwash i noticed that the smoothening was not properly done. Since i was out of country i couldnt reach out to them. After coming back i went to the parlour to show them how my hair was and then said they will do somthing to make it proper and they said they will contact me the very nextday and do the needful after disussing with their manager.But i got no response from them for the next two day . So i contacted them through phonecall and they asked me to go their parlour so they would do something. After going , the staffs there admitted that its a mistake from their side. But later after contacting their managers i was asked to make extra payment of Rs1500 , which made no sense to me. I refused to make payment and so they said they can do nothing about it and asked me to leave. Never going back this place again and would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone.
