I had a wonderful experience here at Jiji's makeup studio. I had come here for my bridal makeup and the team here at are very professional, experienced and well attentive. They used high quality products and the makeup lasted all the day without any hitch. I couldn't have asked for a better makeup artist to help me look and feel my best!!

Unacceptable Phone Service - Rude and Unprofessional! My wife called Jiji's Makeup Studio to ask about their services, and the experience was absolutely terrible. The owner's attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive from the start. Instead of providing helpful information, she acted as if answering basic questions was an inconvenience. It's appalling that a business in the service industry, especially one dealing with personal beauty services, could be so disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer care should be a priority, but clearly, it is not at Jiji's Makeup Studio. If you value courtesy and professionalism, I strongly urge you to avoid this place at all costs. There are far better options out there that actually respect their clients!

Me and my friend had a terrible experience at Jiji's Makeup Studio. The owner lady don't know how to speak with customers. They were rude and dismissive when I asked questions about their services. It's essential for businesses in the service industry to have good customer service skills, and Jiji's Makeup Studio falls far short of that expectation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and professional makeup experience.

Spoiled my big day. Very poor makeup skills or may be she and her team was too lazy that day as it was early morning schedule and other two brides were there. I paid them 25000 for my bridal makeup which I myself would have done better than them. Dont even know what jewel to choose for a bride based on brides's looks. Herself wasn't satisfied with her own work which she mentioned when i went to return her jewels afterwards.That says how unprofessional she is.I highly regret the decision going to her and I don't suggest for any bride coz for them it's a every day routine but for us it's our only big day!!

I recently had a haircut at Jiji's Parlour, and I'm pleased with the results. The stylist understood my preferences, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Extremely disappointed with their Service.Very dismissive attitude towards the customers and the price which they are charging is not at all worth it!! I regret of choosing jijis makeup studio for her Unprofessional Service Skills!!
