I had a great experience getting my hair colored here! The staff and my stylist Mr. Salman was friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. They listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly the look I had in mind. The color turned out perfect and I'm really happy with the result. Definitely recommend their service!

Date: 12-04-2025 Today, my wife and I visited the Toni & Guy branch in Kattapana. We have been regular customers of Toni & Guy across various branches for different grooming services, and we've always had a good experience--until today. As soon as we entered this particular branch, we noticed a lot of noise coming from the ladies' staff. There was constant loud talking, which made the environment quite uncomfortable. My wife went in for eyebrow threading. Unfortunately, the staff member who did it was more focused on chatting with her colleagues than on her work. As a result, the two eyebrows ended up with noticeably different shapes. She also opted for a clean-up and de-tan treatment, but it was done poorly. The staff didn't remove the blackheads and whiteheads properly, leaving the job incomplete and unsatisfactory. This has been our first bad experience with Toni & Guy, and we're quite disappointed with the service at the Kattapana branch.

I recently visited Toni & Guy for multiple services, including hairdressing for my child, a hair spa for my wife, and beard shaping for myself. Unfortunately, my experience was a mix of happy and sad moments, leading me to not recommend this branch. The sad part of the visit began with an individual named Neeraj, who damaged my beard during the shaping process. His poor handling also resulted in scratches on my child's face and the back of their head due to careless use of a trimmer during hairdressing. This was deeply upsetting, as I had high expectations of professional service from a brand like Toni & Guy. However, there was a positive note--Salam, another staff member, stepped in to fix my beard and almost corrected the damage done. His efforts were appreciated and brought some relief to the overall disappointing experience. While I commend Salam for his professionalism, the negligence displayed by Neeraj makes it hard for me to recommend this location. Toni & Guy should ensure their staff are well-trained to maintain the quality and reputation expected of the brand.

Bad experience, even though they are not ready to schedule an appointment, i came with my Kids for a hair cut with lots of experience but they denied even i start to enquire about the services, the lady who handled the desk very poor in crm.

I recently visited Toni&Guy for a hair color appointment, and I had a good experience there. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The stylist Fahad took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offering expert advice on the best shade and technique to suit my hair and skin tone. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the products they used felt gentle and high-quality. The color turned out vibrant, natural, and evenly applied. They even gave me tips on how to maintain the color at home, which I really appreciated.

This was one of the worst services I have ever experienced. I specifically mentioned that it was for my engagement, yet I received the worst haircut. The employees are unprofessional and inexperienced. The top stylist Salman is one of the worst haircut cut specialist. Please don't go to him. The same happened to my brother--he opted for the 1499 package, but his haircut was not good, and the hair spa was terrible. I have been to Toni & Guy in Ernakulam, which was great, but compared to that, this place is the complete opposite.

Very satisfying experience on my haircut and hair botox treatment at tomy&guy, especially Mr.Salman is doing a good job for hair treatments. Hair cut was mind blowing. Thanks to Mr.Salman and Tony &guy.
