I previously had a good experience at this salon, which is why I decided to revisit it. However, this time, a different staff member threaded my eyebrows and they appear to be uneven and asymmetrical. They do not look the same. I had thick eyebrows and I specifically mentioned to the staff member to maintain the thickness, but now they are too thin. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome and have decided not to visit this salon again.
