Good in total ! Good ambiance ! Service quality depends on whom you get ! Tried twice - both were different experience. Service needs to improved - no one there to take ownership unless payments. If you don't know Hindi - it is challenging. Staff needs training for sure. They tried to canvas for head massage, hair dye etc. Asking it multiple times was annoying and unprofessional. Employee driven totally and zero ownership !

Urbanik is an excellent salon. My kids felt so comfortable and happy with the staff that they actually enjoyed their haircuts. The stylists were patient, friendly, and engaging, which made the experience fun for them. I also had a pedicure, and it was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The staff took great care, ensuring I was at ease throughout the entire process. The salon's atmosphere is welcoming and clean, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend Urbanik for both kids and adults!

I have done my haldi and mehandi makeover from here , shyla was my stylist.. she has done a wonderful job.. my stylist shyla was very kind and patient.. She has suggested things that suits me.. Thank you so much for making me beautiful.. I recommend everyone for bridal makeup..

I had the best haircut and hair coloring experience at Urbanic Salon. The hospitality of the entire team, including the owner, was beyond words. Nazim was exceptional--despite the language barrier, he patiently explained everything and listened to my concerns, delivering outstanding results. Imran also did a great job (though I'm not entirely sure of the name). Other staff members, including Aswathi and Vrintha, were also wonderful, though I couldn't recall all their names. Regardless, we're lucky to have such an amazing salon in Kizhakambalam!
