Customer service was disappointing. They might have good haircuts but other services such as waxing wasn't up to the mark. What made me write this review- 1) The lady who attended was rude and made personal meaningless remarks on my body. Not professionals at all. 2) they charged 500 rs just to put an old thick nail polish whose outcome was a disaster. Also they barely had any options to select from. 3) rough handling of clients especially while putting burning hot wax 4) damn expensive. honestly not worth the pain. ( Steffy was sweet and she did her best) . My honest opinion don't let the positive reviews fool you.

It's my first time cutting hair there... I was so nervous But am really happy now... Thank you soo much Adams salon Especially their services are so good & their behavior to the customers are so welcoming.. Thank you so much Raju chettah... Really loved the hair cut I will definitely will come there for my future haircuts Will be recommending it to others

Got a hair cut from this salon abt a year and a half ago...absolute waste of time and money.The guy didn't even know how to do a proper layer cut, and not to mention, my hair was curly, so instead of admitting that he doesnt know how to cut curly hair straight up, he went on to do it in the choppiest way possible.I regret ever coming here.I wear my hair curly, and the unevenness when I put all my hair at the back is obvious and embarrassing. Women with curly hair, never ever get your hair cut from here.

Have best experience all this while. Moreover Mr Manja did the magic always. Highly recommend !
