I visited this parlour with high expectations, hoping to get a haircut from the owner, who is known for styling celebrities. I showed him an image of the style I wanted and paid the higher amount of 800, expecting a premium experience. Unfortunately, I was left deeply disappointed. The owner, [Sajith/Sujith], cut my long hair very quickly without asking for any feedback or showing any interest in my preferences. I felt as though my wishes were completely ignored, and the final result was far from what I had hoped for. It made me feel as though, as a regular customer and not a celebrity, my feelings and desires didn't matter. I want to clarify that this review is solely about the owner's behavior. The other staff members were polite and professional. However, the owner's attitude made me feel undervalued as a customer. I believe that all clients, whether they are celebrities or regular people, deserve equal respect and attention. If they only wish to cater to celebrities, perhaps they should make that clear. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before visiting.

Booked a groom make up for 12,000 + taxi charge Gave advance of 1000 After make up, I gave 12000 keeping 1000 additional as taxi charge They asked for 1500 more. In total 14500 Wanted to get a haircut from there as well and I asked if a booking is required, upon which they confirmed it's not required but on the day, they asked me if I had booked as it was full. They failed to give me a seat Even after telling them I had a make up booked and It's my engagement day after. This is a business entirely run on "celebrity status" and does not know how to treat their customers. Im sure the owners are nice and have lot of talent but business ain't one of them. Atleast for males. I certainly for one would never use their services after this. Mirror magic at edappalli is actually better than this. Edit: they did give me a 1000 rs cash back right after this review but for the customers who book make up in their home, 1500 is the charge they take in the name of taxi charge, even after them personally confirming "it's just taxi charge". Would be nice to have businesses owning up their charges rather than surprising the customers at the end.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sajith And Sujith today. They listened carefully to what I wanted and the cut and colour they did are exactly what I envisioned. Sajith and Sujith and all staffs are very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Sajith and Sujith for great haircut and a positive salon experience.
