Uptown Salon and Spa

It was my first time at Uptown, as my frequented salon nearby closed down permanently. I was so comfortable at my old place, that change of salon did bother me, still had to get the basic hygiene done, so Uptown! Its conveniently located but not overpriced, staff is great so are the interiors. I got my waxing and pedicure done. Nirupa was careful with Rica waxing and super experienced in Pedicure. It was a fairly vacant time that i chose so had the pedicure all to myself, to wind down. The Advanced pedicure was gel pedicure, my first time, and the results are amazing. I am definitely going back and for sure with Nirupa!

I had never visited Uptown before. After going to various salons in Kochi to do the cleanup, I have to say that this was the greatest one I have ever had. I opted for a face detan and the advanced clean up for oily skin. I felt so calm and had additional face and neck massages because Supriya went above and above to make sure I was happy as a customer (no extra charged ). It felt more like a facial than a clean up. Supriya gave me reassurance and comfort as she went over each step with me. Money well spent. Heads up , expensive doesn't mean treatment is good. Prices are comparatively cheaper here in my opinion, but you get that luxe experience here.

Got the most professional haircut and beard trim here on my vacation... the stylist Rizu was incredibly skilled and passionate. Add to it the ambiance and service par excellence!!! Loved it. Will definitely visit again.
