Vurve Salon | Kochi

Did hair color and deep conditioning at Vurve Kochi today. The whole experience was wonderful. My stylist was Mr. Sreekumar. He was kind, polite and understood my requests and my hair type. I gave him freedom to choose my color and he got me exactly what I wanted. This salon is on the top end but you pay for the expertise, ambience and experience. I have paid almost same in another reputed salon in kochi and they fried my hair. I am satisfied with my experience and will definitely visit them again.

Visited Vurve... The staffs were very knowledgeable & welcoming. I had some doubts on hair colour & hair spa. The stylist (I guess she's the director) was patient enough to explain me on various hair treatments in a way that I could understand. Appreciate her patience. Apart from her everyone else was also very welcoming with a smile on the face. Overall , it was worth the visit & value for money... Keep up the good work, Vurve!!!

I had a lovely experience with Vurve Salon | Kochi. Sreekumar was my stylist and he was very patient and listened to what my expectations regarding the hair color and its output. I also did not want to bleach my hair and yet get a sunkissed balayage for my thick black curly hair. I suppose picture speaks more than a thousand words so see it for yourself. I give them a 5 star for treatment and the stylist I got for my hair at the salon!

The best salon. I would really recommend I had a hair cut with Mr. Ali. He did his best as I told him not to short my hair. I really liked how he communicate with the clients. Also did my nails done. It was perfect, not only mine, my mother loved their nail service. Thank you vurve

I recently had a Minerale facial treatment at Vurve, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and relaxing. Mina, who performed the facial, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to explain each step of the treatment thoroughly, ensuring I understood the benefits and what to expect at every stage. The service and the ambience here is impeccable. We had two pedicurists - Divya and Meena, both of them had done great job giving clean, refreshing pedicures with an amazing attention to detail. I also got a haircut done and I got exactly what I asked for, I'm 100% satisfied with the results. The prices are also very reasonable for the services they provide. Would totally recommend to anyone needing some self care

I am writing this review expressing my deep disappointment with the recent services I received at the salon. I had high expectations, especially given the reputation and the considerable amount I spent--approximately 30,000--but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I underwent a haircut and hair Botox treatment, both of which were not performed properly. The haircut was uneven and lacked professional finesse. Furthermore, the Botox treatment was incomplete, particularly in the inner sections of my hair, resulting in unwanted curls and frizz--defeating the purpose of the treatment altogether. Additionally, I opted for a manicure and pedicure service, during which I was charged extra for nail polish. However, the polish began chipping and peeling within a week, indicating poor quality or improper application. I was also disheartened by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. It was uncomfortable and disrespectful to be surrounded by professionals conversing in a different language in front of customers, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. As someone visiting from abroad, I trusted your salon with high expectations and felt let down both in terms of service quality and hospitality. I feel I have not received value for the money and time invested and would like to formally request a refund for the unsatisfactory services rendered. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure better service for future clients. I would appreciate a prompt resolution and a response at your earliest convenience.

My friend had an awful time at the salon last week. I sent him there for a haircut and made sure to book the premium option with the director doing the cut. But the outcome was just dreadful! The stylist refused to admit any fault, which made it even worse. Definitely a bad experience!
