First time there and had a really good experience! I had facial, pedicure and manicure and happy with the results. Very professional and friendly staff. The place is clean, well kept and nicely scented. I went in the morning on a weekday and was immediately attended to. I recommend this place for the relaxing atmosphere and the excellent service. Booking may be essential on weekends specially evenings to avoid the delays.

I had opted for Moroccan hair spa today @ Miss Cochin. Ms.Nikita assisted me through the process and my hair felt nourished, smooth and silky. Really appreciate Ms.Nikita for the good work done.

Recently got a haircut and a head massage, and I must say the head massage was incredibly relaxing--huge thanks to Chinju for the amazing service! I also got a haircut for my son, who usually cries during such appointments, but he was so excited to sit in the car chair and was absolutely happy throughout. Giving 5 for their service & team work. Knowledgeable & well trained stylists. Went for hair colouring for my mother & they did a wonderful job. Plus I did hair cut & head massage. My stylist Rajesh Sharma was . Spacious decorated interiors with a lot of rooms for different types of services. Keep up the good work Sajitha(owner). Your attention to detail in everything & helping the customers is a great quality. Overall a neat & clean family(unisex) salonAll the best & will definitely visit again.

I've been a regular at Miss Cochin, Kakkanad, and have always enjoyed the service. However, I was quite disappointed to find that card payments, especially credit cards, are not encouraged. On top of that, there's an additional 18% GST charge for using a credit card, which doesn't make sense. I feel this policy feels outdated and inconvenient. I hope the management reconsiders this to provide a smoother and more customer-friendly experience.

I am a regular customer at MISS Kochi, and I have always appreciated their excellent service, ambiance, and cleanliness. However, I recently had an uncomfortable experience. After my waxing session, before I could completely change back into my clothes, a staff member opened the door, and I saw a man directly opposite the door, seated for a pedicure. This left me feeling very embarrassed as I was still in my salon gown. I would kindly request that a separate section be designated for men, as opening the door in shared spaces can expose female clients receiving services. Thank you for considering this suggestion.
