I recently visited Sha Queen Beauty Parlour and had an amazing experience. The staff were welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The stylist listened to my preferences and delivered exactly what I wanted. The salon's ambiance was relaxing and clean. I highly recommend Sha Queen to anyone looking for excellent salon services.

I had good experiences previously by which I chose this parlour again. However today when i went for a clean up, detan and threading, the staff suggested bleach cleanup. I told them i had never done a bleach in the past, donno if that will suit me and fixed normal glow cleanup. The staff who attended me insisted about bleach thing and told me we can apply and if there's any irritation, we can remove it. She applied it and by the next application of a cream, my skin started irritating and my full face turned red. When i told the same, she washed it off from my face and applied ice cubes. She removed blackheads from my nose and applied a light pack and clean up done ! They gave me a discount of 100rs for not doing the face massage but still charged me for the bleach ! Even after 8 hours, my face has redness and irritations intermittently. I'm never gonna go there !!!

I had an wonderful experience. They work with high quality product:shampoo, conditioner so had a very relaxing hair wash and also hair spa is also relaxing massage.

Went for an haircut and spa. Asked them to cut about 2 inches hair but they cut almost 7 inches. Very bad experience . I thought it would look good at least after doing the blow out but that was done very badly. Never ever visit that salon again

Really bad experience Had a really bad experience here as i went in for a haircut and I already had 3 layers and just wanted to trim them. Told them to keep the layers and just trim the split ends but she cut off an entire layer and trimmed the other 2 layers. I was left with a messy 2 layered hair and I thought it would look good at least after she started doing the blow out but that was done very insincerely and inconsistently; some parts of my hair was done and some parts were left untouched. The entire thing was over in less than 10 mins.

One of the best parlour in kakkanad only for women. I did my hair cut, hair spa, and facial massage is so relaxing. I like this parlour. I strongly recommended shaqueen for all....
