I had booked bridal makeup for myself, along with services for my mother and aunt for a significant family function. Unfortunately, the result was far from what I expected. Despite being charged 25,000 for the makeup, the quality was subpar, resembling more of a rushed job than a professional service. The products used seemed local and not up to the standards one would anticipate for such an important event. I want to caution others against relying solely on the Instagram videos showcasing your work. While they may look appealing, they do not reflect the actual service provided. When I reached out to discuss these issues, you acknowledged there were mistakes made on your part--this conversation is recorded as well. On a day that should have been filled with joy and celebration, I found myself devastated and in tears due to how poorly my makeup turned out. With over 1,000 guests in attendance, many were shocked by my appearance; I didn't even have a single picture taken in my dream dress because of the makeup disaster. This experience has left me feeling misled and frustrated. I believe it's crucial that potential clients are aware of these issues before making their decisions.
