Sa.Ra Makeover Lounge

The product used was good and reasonably priced, but my experience with the service was disappointing. While the staff was friendly, I'm unsure about the quality of the service itself. During the smoothening (straightening) phase, I experienced significant pain on the left side, almost as if my hair was being pulled out. The stylist assured me he was applying less pressure than usual, but at one point, I felt a burning sensation on my scalp. I mentioned it to him, and he said it's the heat from the process and will be cautious. The true intensity of the burn became clear after my hair was washed--I didn't realize the severity until two days later. Now, back home, I've noticed discomfort when running my fingers through my hair, and even pus coming from the affected area. I've done smoothening treatments five times before, previously at Mikab, which was a much better experience. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon.

I had an amazing experience getting my haircut at SaRa MAKEOVER LOUNGE The salon has a great atmosphere, and the staff is super friendly. The stylist really knew what they were doing, and gave me exactly the look I wanted. Feels fresh and clean--definitely happy with it!

I was a regular customer and stopped visiting after my reservations were cancelled 4 times consecutively. I thought about going for one more time and today was my second visit after a break. A guy named Shakib was working on my beard and I clearly instructed him about I want my beard to be, he messed up and said he could have done better if he saw a picture. I couldn't understand how a person could mess up something when clear instructions are given. I do not have intentions to ruin any business but I posting a review because the management should take up responsibility for such immature acts. I felt nobody was bothered if somebody messes up their job here

I was extremely dissatisfied with the eyebrow threading service I received at Saras Lounge. The results were far below my expectations and of very poor quality of work.

I recently had a hair Botox treatment at Sara Salon, and the service was really good, especially thanks to Joel, He was polite and professional. His attention to detail and friendly attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend Sara Salon, and if you're considering a hair treatment, definitely ask for Joel.

Recently I had a haircut in sara. The stylist joel had suggested me the haircut which would suit my hair type and face. I'm so happy with their service and it's even affordable. I have been a regular customer since the shop had opened.

Honestly I Don't even like to give them single star they don't deserve. "Sara Makeup Lounge in Kalamassery feels like a complete scam. Their approach to customers is spammy and insincere, with zero regard for genuine service or satisfaction. They overpromise and underdeliver, making you feel like just another transaction rather than a valued customer. The staff is dismissive, and their communication is downright unprofessional, almost as if they're just trying to rush through and take your money. I wouldn't trust them with any important occasion--absolutely avoid this place!"
