Sruthi Sai Bridal Makeup Studio and Family Salon

My wife had a hair straightening treatment done at Sruthy Sai Saloon about a year ago, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. Not long after the procedure, she started facing serious issues with her hair - dryness, breakage, and continuous hair fall. Even after a year, her hair hasn't fully recovered from the damage. What's most disappointing is the lack of professionalism and experience among the staff. They didn't seem knowledgeable about the treatment, and there was no proper guidance or aftercare advice given. We trusted the salon for a professional service, but it ended up doing more harm than good. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone, especially for treatments involving chemicals or heat. It's simply not worth the risk.

Got a pedicure done. Dipshika did an excellent job. She was very attentive to my needs and did a very clean job. My mother also got a pedicure. It was done by Min Sang. Neat work. Satisfied .

Hair spa treatment was incredibly relaxing, and the scalp massage was divine. The staff Ms. Minsang gave me an amazing treatment. She is attentive, creating a truly pampering experience, really appreciated. I highly recommend this hair spa for anyone needing a revitalizing treatment.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! The services were top-notch, and the prices were quite affordable. John, the stylist, did a fantastic job with my hair--I absolutely loved the outcome! Deepshika, who did my eyebrows, shaped them perfectly, and they turned out so good. But the highlight of my visit was the facial by Minsang--oh my God, she gave me an incredible massage that lasted much longer than what I usually get at other salons. It was truly relaxing and refreshing! The only issue I faced was with booking my appointment--the person handling the phone never responded, which was a bit frustrating. However, when I directly walked into the salon, the staff was super welcoming and professional. Overall, it's a must-visit place for quality salon services in Kakkanad!
