Ashtamudi Wellness Bridal Makeup & Beauty Salon in Chinnakada, Kollam

I recently visited the Ashtamudi Kollam branch, located beside Kalyan Hypermarket, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're looking for a relaxing spa, this is the place to be. I had a manicure and pedicure done by Kavya, and she was not only incredibly sweet but also did a fantastic job, especially with the pedicure, which was top-notch. My de-tan facial, done by the lovely Ms. Yange, was the highlight of my visit. The facial included steaming and blackhead removal, and she also gave me a 20-minute massage. My skin looks brighter even after three days, and I noticed a significant reduction in swelling around my chin, which I believe was helped by the targeted massage Yange provided. If you suffer from swelling on ur face and neck and such thyroid-related issues, I highly recommend asking for her. Additionally, I opted for Nano Plastia after Yange suggested it for my damaged, dull hair. It was an excellent recommendation, and the treatment made my hair feel incredibly silky and shiny. Compared to the prices in Dubai, this was much more affordable, and I also got a layer haircut, exactly how I envisioned it. The salon offers a very comfortable, unhurried experience, and all the staff ensure you are relaxed and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality services.

Disappointing Customer Service - Judged by Appearance I was truly disappointed with the customer service at this establishment. It was disheartening to see staff making judgments based on what someone wears or the vehicle they arrive in. My father, despite his age and preference for simplicity, deserves the same respect and attention as any other customer. Good service should be based on humanity, not superficial standards. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that every customer is treated with equal dignity and respect. PS :- whoever is reading this make sure you choose a different establishment if you think everyone deserves respect.

Very bad service by the staff. I had an hair cut and the stuff hasn't got the scissors for reducing the thickness of the hair and he told that the scissors is with the other staff and he is on leave and he will be back only on next day. So he asked me to visit the shop again for reducing the thickness of the hair ...then again I visited the shop and he told me that the staff had lost the scissors and he can reduce the thickness in another way. Overall I was not at all happy with the service by ashtamudi and I had to pay again for the same service as it was the mistake of your staff and I feel shame on Ashtamudi that being a big brand u don't even have a spare scissors for reducing the thickness of the hair. It's really a shame.

I had an amazing experience getting a pedicure at Astamudi wellness @ 50% offThe atmosphere was clean and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and I was totally comfortable throughout. My feet feel so soft, and bright.Truly refreshed. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a high quality pedicure.
