One of my worst experiences ever in kollam. The picture i showed him and the style he did is entirely different. Communication left the chat during the hair cut service. He was so silent till i left the shop. Very disappointed with the service. I would recommend Salon De R over this inexperienced saloon. Never ever coming back here again.

I've been a regular at this salon for quite some time, but my recent visit was disappointing. The receptionist was rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers, which set a negative tone for the entire experience. The haircut I received was far below the usual standard--uneven and not at all what I asked for. The hair spa, which used to be one of the highlights of my visit, felt rushed and lacked the care and quality it used to have. This place used to be great, but the service has gone downhill. I hope they address these issues because I'd love to see the salon return to its previous standard. For now, I can't recommend it like I used to.
